We are looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to help us scale. If you are a hunter who loves building relationships with HR Directors and CEOs, we want to talk to you.

The Mission:
Your job is to open doors. You’ll be pitching a "Zero Cost" employee benefit that helps companies boost productivity by protecting their staff from high-interest debt traps.

What you’ll do:
✅ Identify and prospect forward-thinking companies.
✅ Present the Paydin value proposition to HR and Finance Leaders.
✅ Manage the partnership from initial "Hello" to signed SLA.

What we’re looking for:

• The Hustle: You aren't afraid of cold calling or LinkedIn networking.
• The Heart: You believe in responsible, NCA-compliant lending.
• The Professionalism: You can navigate boardrooms and pitch to executives with confidence.
• Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, HR Tech, or Payroll services is a massive plus.
